Discovery" sign). They will assist and escort you to their Krishna Niwas
(or a hotel if more than 3 couples) . For Delhi-sightseeing you meet
as you like: Red Fort, Bazaar, Mosc., and in the
evening they will guide you to the Jodhpur-Train (the ticket reservation is

Divya/Vikram/Shakti or friends and transferred to their Nachna Haveli.
After B/F and freshening up, s/s of Jaisalmer which will be the Jain
Temple, the Fort, Amarsagar and Gadisagar lakes in
the morning and the Havelis, the Chhattris etc in the

Jaisalmer: Daytime at leisure and you have the time to explore
the old city while walking. PM proceed to Sam or Khuri to
see the sand dunes and have a camel ride after seeing the sunset.

Jaisalmer again to explore the city (check out noon, Nachana
provides one room for luggage, shower) and in the evening take the o/n train
to Jodhpur (here I have a suggestion: the o/n train reaches Jodh at 0520 hrs
and you may be really fagged and drowsy and can do little. There is
another train leaving Jsl. at 1530 hrs and reaches Jodh. at 2230 hrs.
If they take this, then they can have a good night's sleep at Indrashan and
be fresh the next morning. This is an option and give it a thought). |

Madhogarh Madhogarh is an interesting gadh (Fort) on top of a hillock
in the village, 40 kms from Jaipur. Your host is Shivpratap Singh of
Madhogarh which is a relative of our friends in Bhenswara. A very nice
village and place to relax. It will be a good change between the Sariska
& R'bhore safaris. |
